Aceteria San Mauro's
foundation born in 1948 at the hands of Dantoni Edoardo that
since 1938 manufactured and marketed Piemonte's wine, and so he
decided to join also vinegar to his main business. In 1970 he
bought the oldest vinegar's factory of Italy: ‘’V.A ROSSO & C.IA
CASA FONDATA NEL 1840’’
Currently the son and nephews manage the business. They
treasured founder's advice so now they are able to select
appropriate wine to manufacture their vinegar.
Aceteria San Mauro's feature
manufacture is to apply strict quality control to the handmade
manufacture.
The same lovely care in vinegar wine manufacture it's apply to
Balsamic vinegar of Modena that is manufactured in a factory in
Modena in accordance with secular method.
